One of the biggest aircraft in the world landed at Sarajevo International Airport

One of the biggest military aircraft, Antonov 124, landed at Sarajevo International Airport. It transported a large number of vehicles and equipment of the United Kingdom soldiers who will participate in the military exercise "Quick response 2017".
Antonov 124, the second largest and heaviest plane in the world is a cargo aircraft that can transport 150 tons of equipment, thus enabling British Army forces to deliver to Bosnia and Herzegovina a huge quantity of cargo, if requested so by BiH authorities.
"Quick response 2017" is an exercise headed by EUFOR and aimed at supporting the peace. The exercise will be held from 11 till 15 October in Sarajevo, Pazarić and Kalinovik.
It will be the first time to have the agencies for enforcement of the BiH laws, BiH Army and EUFOR to act together in a realistic scenario in order to test their emergency plans.
